Job Description:

Core MS Dynamics 365 Modules Knowledge

• 24*5 rotational Shifts
• Experience with core modules like Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance and Operations
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP functionalities

Customization & Configuration

• Ability to customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
• Experience with Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps for extending Dynamics capabilities
• Familiar with Business Rules and Business Process Flows
• Understanding of security roles, teams, and field-level security
