Lead Generation Executive (Cold Calling)

Department: Sales / Business Development

Location: Vashi

Experience: Minimum 6 to 4 years (Freshers with good communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make highvolume outbound calls to potential customers.
• Pitch products/services clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads.
• Schedule demos/meetings for the sales team.
• Update CRM with accurate lead details and followups.

• Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
• Confident, persuasive, and targetdriven.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.
• Prior cold calling sales experience is a plus.
• Freshers with great communication skills welcome.

Salary: @27k ihand + Performance Incentives
Work Hours: (Day shift)

Week off : 2 Rotational week off
