Job Title: RCM AR Analyst US Healthcare

Registration is mandatory to attend the hiring drive.

We are hiring RCM AR Analysts with 2 to 4.8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM AR Calling.

Eligibility

• 2 to 4.8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, specifically AR Calling
• Experience handling Federal and Commercial insurance payers in a provider setup
• Knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearinghouses, and payer rejections
• Good understanding of AR scenarios across multiple payers
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good multitasking skills, including maintaining detailed call notes

Key Responsibilities

• Handle assigned Denied and AR claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet defined productivity and quality targets.
• Follow SOPs and internal processes.
• Prioritize claims based on aging, dollar value, and payer.
• Analyze reports to identify bulk claim issues, trends, and root causes.
• Work toward reducing denials and avoiding repetitive follow-ups.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree – Graduation in any stream
