We are looking for candidates with:

• 2 to 4.8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with a focus on AR Calling
• Experience handling Federal & Commercial insurance payers in a provider setup
• Strong experience in AR Follow-up and Denials Management
• Good knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearinghouses, and payer rejections
• Understanding of major AR scenarios across multiple payers
• Experience working on high-aging and high-dollar claims
• Ability to analyze claims, identify trends/root causes, and reduce denials and rework
• Strong communication, analytical and multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle assigned Denied and AR follow-up claims and ensure timely resolution
• Meet defined productivity and quality targets
• Follow SOPs and internal processes/tools for effective claim resolution
• Prioritize claims based on aging, dollar value and payer
• Perform claim analysis and identify bulk issues, trends and root causes
• Work closely with the Team Manager and other stakeholders to resolve claims effectively
