Job Description

Role :- MIS Operation

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Affluent Banking business.
• Analyze customer, sales, portfolio, and productivity data to support decision-making.
• Track business performance against targets and share actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across various systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other MIS tools.
• Coordinate with business, operations, finance, and technology teams for data requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, customer acquisition, revenue, and portfolio growth metrics.
• Support management with presentations, budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Eligibility

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 1 to 5+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and automation tools is preferred.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
