Walk-in || MIS Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for Sales & Service.
• Track department-wise targets, achievements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor sales enquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries and conversion ratios.
• Analyse service, workshop, parts and bodyshop performance and revenue trends.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and aftersales data in DMS/CRM systems.
• Prepare management dashboards and performance reports using Advanced Excel/Power BI.
• Identify performance gaps, data discrepancies and provide actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, CRM, Accounts and other departments for data collection.
• Ensure timely and accurate OEM/principal reporting and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Support management reviews with data analysis, business trends and recommendations for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA with 4-8 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics preferably in Automobile Dealerships.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI and data analysis.
• Automobile dealership experience with knowledge of Sales, Service, Parts, CRM and Bodyshop MIS preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills with high attention to data accuracy and reporting timelines.
