Walk-in || MIs Manager(CRM, Presales, Sales)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage CRM, Presales, and Sales data. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, maintaining accurate data, creating dashboards, tracking sales performance, and providing actionable insights to the management and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for CRM, Presales, and Sales departments.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare and maintain Sales, Presales, Lead, Conversion, Site Visit, Booking, and Revenue reports.
• Create and maintain management dashboards for tracking business performance and KPIs.
• Monitor lead generation, lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, conversions, and sales closures.
• Track sales team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and regularly check data quality and discrepancies.
• Generate lead funnel and conversion reports from CRM systems.
• Prepare reports on lead status, pending follow-ups, ageing, source-wise performance, and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with CRM, Presales, Sales, and Management teams to collect and verify required data.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
• Automate and improve existing MIS reports and dashboards wherever possible.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all reports and data.
• Handle ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required by management.

Key Reports / Dashboards

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, charts, and data validation.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience working with CRM software and sales databases.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports.
• Knowledge of real estate CRM and sales processes will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
• Candidates with experience in MIS, CRM, Presales, Sales Operations, or Real Estate are preferred.
