Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Service delivery performance using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and formulas.

Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory levels through MIS operations.

Utilize MIS preparation skills to create comprehensive reports for management review.

Ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in reporting processes.
