Role & responsibilities

Based on data, identify weaknesses, trends, or opportunities for an organization.

• Preparing and presenting reports for management that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational analysis.
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Analyzing current business processes and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with management and customers
• Discover efficient ways to organize, store and analyses data with attention to security and confidentiality
• To ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organization as well as within.
• Assist in Preparing of POs for Procurement & logistics team.
• Support business and portfolio forecasting activities.
• Support various departments with their data requirements.
• Performing meaningful analysis to identify, analyze, and interpret

patterns and trends in data sets that could be helpful for

recommendations and problem-solving for various departmental

projects.

• Forecasting annual and periodic budgets by coordinating with business
• Supporting and management of the entity level Reporting.
• Forecasting annual and periodic budgets by coordinating with business
• Undertaking projects and ad hoc analysis as required by the senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in MS Office, Advance excel is a must.
• Strong Analytical and computation skills
• Should have worked on similar accounting processes in the current role
• The ability to be proactive, identify issues and take early responsibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
