Key Requirements.
MIS Executive Job Responsibilities (Summary)

• Generate, maintain, and distribute MIS reports accurately and on time.
• Analyze business data and prepare dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Support existing Management Information Systems (MIS) and resolve reporting issues.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and improve reporting tools, templates, and automated processes.
• Monitor data accuracy, validate information, and ensure data integrity.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and management reports for decision-making.
• Coordinate with various departments for data collection and report generation.
• Maintain databases and support process improvement initiatives.
• Create and update documentation, SOPs, and report specifications.
• Provide technical and analytical support to management and business users.
• Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Assist in system enhancements and implementation of new MIS processes. 

Key Skills Required

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Macros)
• Power BI / Reporting Tools
• SQL & Database Knowledge
• Data Analysis & MIS Reporting
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
• Process Documentation and Automation Knowledge
