Walk-in || Mis Executive

Role Overview

A Management Information System (MIS) Executive is responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing operational data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. They manage databases, build performance reports, and automate routine data workflows for management and department leads.

Role & Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Maintenance: Extract, clean, and consolidate datasets from multiple sources and departments into central databases.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, interactive dashboards, and KPI trackers using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Workflow Automation: Develop VBA macros, Advanced Excel formulas, or SQL scripts to streamline repetitive reporting processes.
• Data Quality & Auditing: Perform periodic audits to identify inconsistencies, verify data accuracy, and ensure data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, finance, and HR teams to resolve data queries and analyze operational trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of VBA/Macros or Python is a strong bonus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
• Communication: Ability to summarize complex datasets into clear, concise executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or MIS operations.
