Job Summary:

We are hiring a Contact Centre MIS Officer with experience in BPO MIS, WFM, Reporting, and Analytics. The candidate will be responsible for MIS reporting, dashboard development, workforce analytics, and process automation across Voice, Email, Chat, Escalations, Social Media, and Outbound operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in Multi-channel Contact Centre/BPO environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
