Walk-in || MIS Analyst - Financial Data Analytics (Accounting Background Mandate)

Mandatory Skills: Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Financial Reporting, Accounting Background.

Preferred Candidate

• 2.6 -5 years of experience in Financial Reporting, MIS Reporting, Accounting, or Finance Operations.
• Strong accounting knowledge in GL, AP, AR, Reconciliations, and Financial Statements.
• Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Dashboards, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).
• Experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Automation tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide business insights.
• Perform variance analysis and support monthly financial reporting.
• Automate and enhance reporting processes using Advanced Excel.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data.

Compensation: Max 35k take home + Variable pay up to 3k per month

Shift: Night Shift

Transport: 1 way (Log out)

Work Mode: 5 days work form office.
