Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, format, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and data records.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
• Use Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis.
• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Maintain digital and physical records and files.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle email communication and office correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and reporting requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Excel formulas such as SUM, COUNT, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of email and internet applications.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
• Certification in MS Office or computer applications is an advantage.
• Freshers can apply if they have good MS Office skills.
