Job Description:

Yashoda Hospitals, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, is looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join its Laboratory Services team across Microbiology, Serology and Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT/DMLT) departments.

Freshers and candidates with up to 23 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory investigations as per departmental requirements and established protocols.
• Receive, identify, label and process clinical specimens accurately.
• Assist with microbiological investigations, culture processing, staining and microscopy, as applicable to the assigned role.
• Perform routine serological tests and assist with ELISA and other relevant investigations, as per training and competency.
• Operate laboratory equipment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, test documentation and quality control registers.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, storage and disposal.
• Follow infection control practices, biosafety guidelines and biomedical waste management protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory work areas.
• Coordinate with senior technicians and laboratory professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of samples.

Eligibility Criteria:

• DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology / B.Sc. Microbiology or other relevant qualifications, depending on the assigned department.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 13 years of relevant laboratory experience are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, sample handling and safety practices.
• Good attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, as required.
