Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MEP coordination, site execution, quality control, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works for high-rise building projects.
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and MEP contractors.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and project schedules.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes.
- Identify and resolve site coordination issues and technical discrepancies.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and snagging activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP works as per project requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in high-rise building projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site coordination.
- Experience in reviewing drawings and resolving site-related technical issues.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
