1. MEP Project Coordinator

Job Location: Edappally, Kochi
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: 17,000 25,000 per month

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MEP project activities and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and consultants.
• Review MEP drawings and assist in resolving coordination issues.
• Follow up on material requirements, project schedules, and site updates.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between departments.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.

2. MEP Design Engineer

Job Location: Edappally, Kochi
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: 17,000 25,000 per month

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify MEP layouts, drawings, and design documents.
• Develop drawings for electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems as applicable.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for proper MEP integration.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Incorporate revisions and maintain updated drawings.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MEP drawings and design principles.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, or firefighting systems.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
