Job Highlights :

• Role: Level 1 Technical Support for Acer customer processes (handling calls, remote sessions, or basic troubleshooting).
• Eligibility: Any graduate or diploma (10+3); freshers and experienced candidates are both accepted.
• Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi.
• Work Schedule: Usually 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off.
• Selection Process: HR round, operations round, Versant test, and typing test.
