Job Role and Responsibilities

• Inbound Support: Handling customer calls and emails regarding SBI Mutual Fund products, values, and transaction statuses.
• Explain fund schemes, assisting with systematic investment plans (SIPs), and driving cross-selling.
• Query Resolution: Providing end-to-end assistance on folio details, redemptions, and account statements

6 days working - SUNDAY FIXED OFF

Rotational Day shift

Salary :Upto 23000 CTC for Freshers

Experienced : Upto 25000 CTC

NISM Certification training will be provided

Walkin Dates : 8th - 10th Oct between 11am to 4pm - No sundays
