WALK-IN INTERVIEW AR Caller / Senior AR Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims and AR.
• Analyze ageing accounts and prioritize claims for follow-up.
• Identify claim issues, denials, underpayments, and take corrective action.
• Review claim status, payments, and patient responsibility.
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation.
• Identify AR trends and escalate complex issues to management.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 18 months experience in Accounts Receivable / AR Calling
• ATHENA software experience – Added Advantage
• Strong analytical, reasoning & root-cause analysis skills
• Good communication and typing skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & Office
• Team player with a disciplined and systematic approach
• Willingness to work in different shifts
