Job Description

The Associate - Corporate Filing Operations will support US Corporate Annual Filing projects by reviewing client-provided information, accessing US state and jurisdiction government websites, and accurately updating or filing annual corporate information on behalf of clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Access and navigate US state and jurisdiction government websites to file or update annual corporate information.
• Review client-provided data and accurately update information on government portals.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure filing accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze discrepancies between client records and government records and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain filing trackers, dashboards, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to team members regarding filing processes and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines, SOPs, compliance standards, and project requirements.
