Role Overview

The Process Associate (AR Caller) will be responsible for interacting with insurance companies in the US healthcare domain to follow up on outstanding medical claims and ensure timely payments. The role requires good communication skills, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
• Review claim status and identify reasons for non-payment or delays.
• Document call outcomes accurately in the system.
• Work on claim resubmissions, appeals, and payment follow-ups as required.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve claim issues.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
