Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for clients across the US, UK, and other global markets.
• Provide accurate and professional assistance to customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve queries effectively.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.
• Maintain professional communication and follow process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable handling international customer calls.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
• Graduates and postgraduates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced/tenured candidates are eligible.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
