Motilal Oswal is looking for energetic and ambitious Relationship Managers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, opening Demat & Trading Accounts, building strong customer relationships, and introducing clients to a wide range of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and successfully onboard them by opening Demat & Trading Accounts.
• Generate business through lead generation, references, networking, and market visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment and financial products.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Broking, and other investment solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active clients.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and company offerings.
• Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to increase business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Who Were Looking For

• Candidates with 0 TO 5 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Broking, Insurance, or related industries.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer orientation with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Energetic, confident, and comfortable with field sales/client meetings.
• Passion for learning about financial markets and investment products.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performance team.
