• Handling customer queries on call
• Inbound / outbound calling process
• Service profile
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills
• Graduated

Collection specialist / Revival ( Experienced In Telesales or collection )

• Make outbound call to existing customer to pay outstanding premium
• Meet target on revival business quality.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales or Collection is compulsory
• Graduation is mandatory
• Strong communication skills
