This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through voice, email, and chat channels, maintaining data accuracy, and driving process excellence. The role directly contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting the delivery of world-class services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries through voice, email, and chat support channels.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage customer information across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns, provide appropriate resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
