Position: International Voice, Chat, Semi Voice, & Upselling process UK Shift.

Role: Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally in an international voice process.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Candidates with international voice/customer support experience are preferred.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills may also apply.
• Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts.
• BE,B.Tech and PG Fresher graduates are not eligible for this job role
• Minimum of 1 year customer support experience is needed for BE and BTECH graduates to be eligible
