• Manage and deepen relationships with High-Value customers.
• Drive portfolio growth through acquisition, cross-selling, and customer engagement.
• Deliver superior customer service while achieving business targets.

Personal Banker - Outbound

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and build strong client relationships and portfolio.
• Promote banking products including CASA, insurance, loans, and investment solutions.
• Drive sales performance while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Branch Banking, Portfolio Management, Front-Line Sales, or CASA Acquisition
• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
• Age below 35 years
