Job Description International contact Center (Voice Process - Inbound calls)

• Work Location: Sholinganallur
• Designation: Associate/ Analyst
• Process: Inbound Call
• Experience: 0-3 years / 3- 6 years in International Voice Process
• Education Eligibility: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers with BTech/BE will not be eligible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
• Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
