Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Rotational / 247

Requirement for CHAT Process

C1 proficiency, Experienced profiles preferred

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Chat Support

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with good accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage dual chat concurrency (2 chats simultaneously)
• Strong customer handling and multitasking skills
• Graduation is not mandatory

Requirement for Claims Process

• B2 proficiency, Experienced profiles preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Freshers are also eligilble
• Graduation is not mandatory

Immediate joiners preferred

• Salary Package 3 LPA TO 5 LPA
• BOTH-SIDE CAB SERVICE
