Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow up on unpaid and underpaid medical claims with insurance companies.
• Review claim status through calls and payer web portals.
• Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, and pending claims.
• Submit appeals and reconsideration requests with supporting documentation.
• Resubmit corrected claims to insurance carriers.
• Work accounts based on aging reports and prioritize high-value claims.
• Verify benefits, eligibility, and coverage details when required.
• Interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice).
• Document all actions, conversations, and claim updates accurately in the system.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Coordinate with billing, coding, and payment posting teams to resolve claim issues.

Skills Required

Min 1 year experience in Denials Management as AR Caller

Qualification :Any graduate

Salary as per norms .
