Role Overview

• Process: Domestic Voice Customer Support
• Work Schedule: 5 days working
• Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
• Shift: Rotational shifts
• Joining: Immediate
• Age Limit: Below 32 years

Language Requirement

• Malayalam
• Tamil
• Kannada
• Telugu
• Marathi
• Hindi

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (pursuing candidates not eligible)
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Communication: Strong fluency in one regional language; basic English will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain service quality and adhere to process guidelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
