Job Title: Customer Support Executive Inbound Voice Process (BPO)

Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Inbound Voice Process) to handle incoming customer calls and provide effective resolutions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Deliver high-quality service while meeting defined SLAs
• Follow company processes and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift Details:

• Male candidates: 247 rotational shifts
• Female candidates: Day shift (rotational)

Working Days:

• 5 days working
• Rotational weekly off

Qualification:

• Graduate (freshers can Apply)
• Undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience mandatory

Additional Information:

Salary:

• Fresher: Up to 21,000 (In-hand) + 2000 attendance bonus + 50k Annual retention bonus.
• Experience: Up to 24,000 (In-hand) + 2000 attendance bonus + 50k Annual retention bonus.

• No cab facility provided
• Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office location
