WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Interact with international customers through Email, Chat, and Ticketing platforms, understand their concerns, and provide professional and timely resolutions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
• Maintain professional written communication
• Document and track customer issues
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Follow process, quality, and SLA guidelines
• Meet productivity and quality targets

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Freshers are welcome, subject to process requirements
• 6+ months of International Voice / Chat experience preferred
• Graduates, Undergraduates, and Postgraduates can apply
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good written communication and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable communicating with international customers
• Willing to work rotational and night shifts
• Comfortable working from office
• Immediate joiners only
• Outstation candidates are not eligible

Night Shift Cab: Candidates residing within 25 km of the office may be eligible, subject to company policy.
