• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Communicate professionally with international customers through written communication.
• Ensure responses are clear, grammatically correct, and aligned with process guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective query resolution.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company policies, and process requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant records.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs, based on business requirements.
• Follow the organization's hybrid work policy and attendance requirements.
