JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

• Connecting with international customers
• Understanding and resolving customer queries
• Handling complaints and returns
• Providing appropriate solutions
• Delivering a smooth customer experience
• Following quality and compliance guidelines

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Freshers are welcome
• 6+ months Voice Process experience preferred for experienced candidates
• Undergraduates can apply
• Strong verbal communication skills
• 35 WPM typing speed with 90% accuracy
• Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts
• Willing to work from office
• Residing within 25 KM of the job location
