Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week off
Cab facility: 1 way cab provided

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support (troubleshooting)
Need to have advanced skills in troubleshooting printer issues and network issues.
Address customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
Need to collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve merchant concerns, maintain positive client relationship and reducing churn.
