Walk-in || Medical Sales Representative

Starnox Pharma is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products and develop strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and generate awareness of Starnox Pharma products among doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Regularly visit doctors and healthcare professionals to explain product features, benefits, and appropriate product information.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Collect market feedback and provide relevant information to the sales manager.
• Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and pharmacies to ensure product availability.
• Maintain daily call reports, visit reports, and sales records.
• Participate in medical camps, promotional activities, conferences, and product awareness programs.
