Walk-in || Medical Representative

Role & responsibilities

* Promote company products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies and healthcare professionals.

* Conduct regular doctor visits and explain product features and benefits.

* Generate prescriptions, sales leads and new business opportunities.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists and distributors.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and expand business in the assigned territory.

* Identify new markets and potential customers to increase product sales.

* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

* Submit daily visit reports, sales reports and customer feedback to management.

* Follow up with existing customers and ensure timely communication.

* Maintain professional conduct and represent the company effectively in the market.

Preferred candidate profile

* Candidates with prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry are preferred.

* Experience in doctor visits, pharma product promotion and sales generation is desirable.

* Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Strong relationship-building and customer-handling abilities.

* Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

* Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the medical market.

* Candidates with experience in Indore and nearby areas will be preferred.

* Immediate joiners will be an advantage.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
