Walk-in || Medical Record Assistant Manager/Medical Record Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise the collection, organization, indexing, storage, and retrieval of both physical and electronic patient records (EMR/HIS)

• Conduct regular audits to verify that charts, discharge summaries, consent forms, and doctor notes are fully completed and signed.

• Lead, train, and manage the MRD team, including setting duty rosters and distributing daily tasks

• Ensure strict compliance with legal regulations, patient privacy laws (like HIPAA or local standards), and hospital accreditation requirements such as NABH

Preferred candidate profile

Hospital experience is mandatory

Medical record experience & good knowledge
