Job Overview

We are hiring Freshers for the position of Medical Record Analyst.

The role involves reviewing medical record requests, accurately entering patient information into the client system, verifying demographic details, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand medical record requests.
• Enter required information accurately into the client system.
• Verify patient demographic information.
• Ensure there are no breaches or unauthorized disclosures of PHI.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing medical records.
• Identify discrepancies and follow the required process for resolution.
• Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Work towards assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Use medical record systems and basic office applications effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Age: 18–27 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Candidates from the following backgrounds can apply:
• Pharmacy
• Biology
• Biotechnology
• Biochemistry
• Life Sciences
• Other relevant Life Science disciplines
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.

Shift & Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
• Complete Night Shift
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a permanent night-shift schedule.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 25,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 20,475 per month
• Cab Facility: Pick-up and drop facility provided
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Other Requirements

• Candidates must be willing to travel to the workplace.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a complete night-shift environment.
• No hike percentage will be considered.
• 1-day resignation/notice period is not applicable for consideration.

Selection Process

Candidates scoring 70% or above in the initial assessment will be eligible to proceed to the Operations (Ops) Round.
