Role & responsibilities

Review, verify, and accurately enter patient demographic information, insurance details, and provider information into the billing system.
Perform charge entry based on medical records and provider documentation.
Ensure accurate entry of CPT, ICD-10 codes and other details as per documentation.
Validate patient, provider, insurance, and service details to ensure clean claim submission.
Identify and resolve demographic and charge-related discrepancies to minimize claim rejections and denials.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity standards while meeting turnaround time requirements.
Coordinate with coding, billing teams to resolve documentation and billing issues.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, client guidelines, and US healthcare billing standards.
Perform quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity and billing accuracy.
Support claim generation and submission by ensuring all demographic and charge information is complete and accurate.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have experience in Charge entry and Demo entry.

Prior billing experience in Anesthesia specialty.

Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Excellent analytical skills.

Attention to detail & accuracy.

Ready to join immediately preferred.
