Walk-in || Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Walkin Interview only)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, machine maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant operations.
  
• Conduct shutdowns and turnarounds efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using problem-solving techniques such as 7QC, 5S, SPC, FMEA, etc.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of maintenance work.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (breakdown maintenance, machine maintenance).
  
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance principles and practices (PM).
  
• Proficiency in performing routine checks on equipment to prevent failures.
