Walk-in || Mechanical Fitter

Role & responsibilities

• Perform fitting, alignment, adjustment, and replacement of bearings, shafts, couplings, seals, gaskets, valves, and other components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, gearboxes, compressors, conveyors, valves, pipelines, motors, blowers, and other rotating/static equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment layouts, and technical specifications.
• Perform shaft, pump, motor, and coupling alignment using appropriate measuring and alignment tools.
• Inspect machinery for abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, wear, and other mechanical defects.
