Walk-in || Mechanical Design Engineer - BMH/Belt Conveyor (Freshers Not Allowed)

We are hiring Mechanical Design Engineers at Junior, Senior and Lead levels for our growing engineering team in Pune.

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in BMH (Bulk Material Handling) Belt Conveyor Systems, including 3D modelling, 2D detailing, layouts and fabrication drawings.

Open Positions

1. Junior Design Engineer: 2-5 Years
2. Senior Design Engineer: 5-10 Years
3. Lead Design Engineer: 8-12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / Diploma - Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• BMH Belt Conveyor System Layout development
• 3D design modelling of:
• Belt Conveyors
• Chutes
• Hoppers
• Gantries
• Trestles
• Preparation of 2D GA drawings
• Shop/fabrication detailing of technological and super structures
• 3D & 2D design/drawing quality checking
• Preparation and review of Bill of Quantity (BOQ), wherever applicable
• Coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• International client communication
• Technical discussions and resolution of design-related queries
• Knowledge sharing and collaboration within the design team

Senior / Lead Responsibilities

For Senior and Lead positions, candidates should additionally have experience in:

• Quality checking and assurance of 3D/2D deliverables
• International client coordination
• Team development and utilization
• Training and knowledge sharing
• Supporting project execution and technical decision-making

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in Belt Conveyor System 3D & 2D design
• Strong understanding of Conveyor Layout + Detailing
• Experience in GA and fabrication/shop drawings
• Exposure to Chutes, Hoppers, Gantries and Trestles
• SolidWorks / Autodesk Inventor
• AutoCAD
• For Junior roles: hands-on experience in Inventor / SolidWorks / Advance Steel is preferred
• Knowledge of CEMA and IS 595 codes is preferred
• Good drawing-reading and interpretation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

2. Senior Design Engineer

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical: 5+ Years
• Diploma Mechanical: 8+ Years

3. Lead Design Engineer

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical: 8+ Years
• Diploma Mechanical: 10+ Years
