Position: Mechanical BIM Modeler

Job Location: Trichy & Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

Position:Junior / Mid / Senior / Manager Level

Education:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling and Coordination
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and Mechanical services
• Knowledge of Ducting, Chilled Water, Piping and Equipment Modeling

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Create HVAC layouts, ducting, piping and equipment models.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings and BIM deliverables.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Review BIM models, drawings and team outputs for quality.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Project and Client teams.
• Mentor and guide Junior and Mid-Level BIM Modelers.

Preferred Project Experience

Candidates with experience in Commercial Buildings, Residential Projects, Hospitals, Hotels, Industrial Projects, Data Centers and other MEP projects will be preferred.
