Based on performance, attitude, learning ability and business requirements, high-performing candidates may be considered for absorption into the company as Management Trainees / Marketing Trainees after successful completion of the 3-month internship.
Stipend: 8,000 – 10,000 per month
Eligibility: Recently passed-out MBA (Marketing) graduates

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and result-oriented MBA – Marketing graduate who is keen to gain practical exposure and build a career in Marketing and Business Development.

This internship will provide an opportunity to work closely with the management/team and understand real-world marketing, customer interaction, market research and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing activities and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Support lead generation and business development activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing presentations, reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with customers, prospects and internal teams.
• Assist in digital marketing and social media activities, where required.
• Study competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead information.
• Participate in meetings, promotional activities and other marketing initiatives.
• Take up additional marketing assignments given by the management.

Candidate Profile

• MBA – Marketing – recently passed out / 2025 or 2026 batch preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English – written and spoken.
• Confident, presentable and proactive personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Strong interest in Marketing, Sales and Business Development.
• Freshers are welcome.
