Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new recipes for mithai (Indian sweets) products, ensuring quality and consistency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new product lines and improve existing ones.
  
• Conduct taste tests to ensure optimal flavor profiles and texture of sweet items.
  
• Oversee production processes to maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
  
• Provide technical support to junior chefs on recipe development, cooking techniques, and food processing methods.
