Walk-in || Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing and business development strategies to generate new clients and projects.
• Identify potential businesses, offices, hospitals, retail outlets, restaurants, commercial establishments and other prospects across Hyderabad.
• Conduct regular field visits and meet potential clients to understand their signage and branding requirements.
• Generate leads through direct client visits, networking, referrals and market research.
• Present HBS Signages' products and services, including LED boards, signage, channel letters, acrylic signage and internal branding solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design, production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up with leads, quotations and ongoing opportunities and support the team in closing business.
• Monitor sales pipeline, lead generation and conversion and submit regular activity reports.
• Identify new market opportunities and support the company in achieving business growth targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• With experience in field marketing, sales or business development.
• Experience in signage, advertising, branding, outdoor media, printing, construction or related industries will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients across Hyderabad.
• Should have a proactive approach towards lead generation and business development.
• Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad market and local businesses will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Telugu and English communication skills preferred.
