About this role
Role & responsibilities
1.Visit customers, clients, and potential business partners regularly.
2. Generate new leads through field visits and local marketing activities.
3. Promote company products and services to potential customers.
4. Explain product/service details and resolve basic customer queries.
5. Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
6. Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
8. Collect market information and competitor details.
9. Submit daily field visit and activity reports to the reporting manager.
10. Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.
11.Attend meetings, promotional activities, and company events when required.
